Environmental uncertainty accompanying purchases in the B2B market

摘要
The main aim of the research was to identify the environmental uncertainties accompanying purchasing in terms of different industries and the scope of supply chain. A two-phase methodology design based on the literature review and post survey was used. Gathered data show that enterprises recognize the same types of purchasing uncertainty in general but companies manufacturing or distributing metal products identify them more often than respondents from other industries. Furthermore, the research results confirm that in comparison with the national market, the international market is affected by this type of uncertainty in a greater extent. (C) 2015 The Authors.
