Characterization of timing jitter in a quantum dot passively mode-locked laser at low offset frequency

摘要
The timing jitter performance of quantum dot passively mode-locked lasers at different harmonics is investigated. The corner frequency of the phase noise spectral density improves 20-fold under optical feedback stabilization.
