摘要
Many old buildings in the urban and rural areas are mainly masonry structures or mixed structures. Waste bricks account for a large proportion of construction waste. However, there are few studies on the recycling of waste bricks. Aiming at the urgent need to solve the problem of the recycling of a large amount of waste bricks and construction waste, this paper carries out research on the mechanical properties of construction waste, waste bricks, recycled coarse aggregate concrete and precast wall panels, and strives to develop a large amount of waste bricks and construction waste into a new type of wall material. In this paper, a prefabricated wall panel composed of ordinary concrete as the edge member and recycled coarse aggregate concrete as the core of large-size waste bricks is produced, and the mechanical performance test and analysis of the wall panel under the action of vertical load and out-of-plane load are carried out. The results show that under the action of vertical load in the plane, the ordinary concrete of the edge member and the recycled coarse aggregate concrete of the wall panel core can bear the force together, and the strength of the two types of concrete can be better exerted. Under the action of uniformly distributed out-of-plane loads greater than the maximum wind load that can be borne, the lateral deflection of the wall panels is small, and no cracks are generated.
