摘要：
Due to the diverse advantages of digital textbooks over paper books, digital textbooks have been used in schools. Digital textbook is likely to be more popular in accordance with government policies that encourage online study. In order for digital textbook to be used successfully, it is necessary to have competency standards of teachers for the application of digital textbook in schools. The purpose of this paper is to develop competency standards of teachers are developed. Based on the extensive survey for schools, comprehensive teacher competency standards are proposed.
