Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of Al-O Ceramics obtained by a sol-gel method

摘要
The Al-O phosphor powders were synthesized by the sol - gel method at the lower temperature of 773 K. From the results of the PL (photo luminescence) measurement, the emission intensities around 400 and 450 nm changed with heating temperatures. From the Xray diffraction and the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements, the Al-O ceramics obtained has a similar structure of boehmite (AlOOH). The structural change caused mainly by the loss of the hydroxyl group related to the increase of emission intensities.
