The Actual Stage of Regulation of the E-commerce in Romania

Like every area of business these days, e-commerce is surrounded by rules and regulations a number of legislative initiatives affect business conducted online - they can be complex and change regularly. The decision makers of the society must use any opportunity to create, improve and reform the judicial and fiscal framework for electronic commerce, so that this way to assure the sustainable rhythm of the economic improvement. The presentation of the actual stage of regulations in Romania in the matter of electronic commerce has a great importance because in the last period a lot of activities and transactions which are specific to the business environment are developing through the automatic system for information exchange using electronic instruments the information is exchanged between the concerned agents without using paper supply. The study of the approached subject is realized based on the interpretations with legal character, also using the general methods of cognition. In order to accentuate some particularities, the theoretic part was completed with some practical references.
