摘要
End-of-life vehicles (ELVs), as the key part of the urban mineral, have huge economical values, resource values and ecological values. ELV reverse logistics activity is a system project. According to systems engineering theory, the ELV reverse logistics system structure model was established and the structure diagrams of ELV reclaiming system, ELV dismantling system, ELV information system and ELV policies and regulations system were drew respectively. On the basis, the function and role of each system were studied. By the above research, the level of ELVs recycling and utilization was expected to improve by the interaction of every system, so that the efficiency maximization of industry of recycling of ELV was achieved.
