摘要
To address health care monitoring challenges mobile phone can be effectively used. Plentiful state of the art approaches with methodology and potential future trends are being discussed in this review paper. Health related data can be captured using different sensors like portable, wearable and implanted sensors e.g. ECG, Gluco meter, Blood Pressure sensor, pace counter, activity tracker, GPS etc. And captured data be sent wirelessly to the community center or cloud based healthcare system either manually by the user or automatically through mobile applications. After examining health related data appropriate response from the healthcare team materializes within specified time.
