摘要
In order to solve the problem of rapid and continuous optimization of NC machining technology in the process of multi-variety and small-batch production, a method inspired by information entropy, which is called stationarity entropy, is proposed to evaluate cutting stationarity. In this paper, we create a process model using OPC UA to achieve real-time acquisition of spindle load and other processing data, in which the spindle load data is used to calculate the stationarity entropy value. The results of several real cutting processing experiments demonstrate the feasibility and the effectiveness of stationarity entropy. On this basis, an evaluation model of NC program block stationarity is established, and the effectiveness of the proposed method in discovering potential process quality problems is verified through machining examples.
