Chromatin topological features in Drosophila embryo cell-free system

摘要：
The topological features of reconstructed chromatin were studied in a cell-free system of Drosophila embryos. A new type of chromatin structural rearrangement resulting in liberation of some supercoils and high conformational mobility of nucleosomal DNA is described. This rearrangement was not affected by histone H1. The possible molecular mechanism of this phenomenon is discussed.
