摘要
A review of experimental studies of the heat-transfer intensity and the evaporation mechanism in boiling of binary mixtures of various organic compounds is presented. The main features of the evaporation mechanism are considered using the saturation temperature versus concentration phase equilibrium diagram at constant saturation pressure. It is demonstrated that the characteristic change in the heat-transfer coefficients in boiling of binary mixtures is determined by a feature of the mechanism of the heat transfer from the heating surface.
