The model of knowledge sharing and trust development in the evolutionary strategic alliances

This paper makes a combinative analysis on the evolutional stages of a strategic alliance and two important factors which closely related to the organizational learning-trust and knowledge,sharing. The author presents the model of knowledge sharing and trust development on the macro and micro level. In different stages of an alliance's evolution, different types of knowledge should be shared. And the deepening of the establishment of trust is also a sequential result of the alliance's progress. So the model presented in this paper will not only make practical sense, but also be of theoretical value.
