摘要
In order to solve the contradiction between the idespread use of hazardous chemicals and the low efficiency of supervision, a novel information management scheme is proposed. As the core, a set of cabinet storage management system for hazardous chemicals is developed. The system is deployed on Android mobile terminal and adopts MVC architecture. It integrates automatic control technology, sensing technology, communication technology and computer technology. Intensive management of hazardous chemicals, operators, storage cabinets and reagent storage environment is realized. The system effectively solves the problems of unclear classification of hazardous chemicals, chaotic storage, imperfect management system and insufficient safety factor of management means. After functional tests, the system has good performance and has been put on line in relevant units.
