摘要
The anisotropy of high T-c superconductors arises both from the coupling constant and the Fermi surface in the Ginzburg-Landau framework. The anisotropy of the former is expressed by d(x2-y2) symmetry. The shapes of the Fermi surface of high (T)c superconductors are various and depend on materials and doping ratio. In this paper, we study the anisotropy of the upper critical field H-c2 in the ab plane with d(x2-y2) symmetry and with typical shapes of the Fermi surface. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V.
