摘要
Electric vehicle time-sharing rental is a new type of urban transportation plan, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of vehicles and relieve new problems such as parking difficulty in urban development. However, it is hard to simulate the pre-operation process before putting electric vehicles and charging spots into operation officially, and verify rationality of the related data settings such as vehicle rental expense, electric vehicle number, rental site number. Therefore, the virtual service system of electric vehicle time-sharing rental based on multi-agent technology is presented in this paper, which can be used to consider more complex situation of users' range anxiety and accidental failure, temperature effects, road condition effects, and so on. Moreover, based on simulation data, the load capacity and financial accounting can be predicted, which lays a solid foundation for the study of the economical operation of urban electric vehicle time-sharing system.
