摘要：
This paper gathers old and new information about subelliptic estimates for the (partial derivative) over bar -Neumann problem on smoothly bounded pseudoconvex domains. It discusses the failure of effectiveness of Kohn's algorithm, gives an algorithm for triangular systems, and includes some new information on sharp subelliptic estimates.
