摘要
In this paper attention is directed toward the degradation and breakdown mechanism of the alkoxi-derived barium titanate(BaTiO3) films as applying high electric field. Both ac and de degradation are characterized by a large increase in conductivity. The lower breakdown voltage of step method probably results from increased degradation rate due to longer field applying times. Studying de degradation indicates that Schottky emission is a sign of unreliable dielectrics.
