摘要：

This RESEARCH ARTICLE will present the stages and results of a diagnosis made as part of a research-intervention project for a master's degree in Conservation of Documentary Heritage (2018-2020) at the Escuela Nacional de Conservacion, Restauracion y Museografia (ENCRYM, Mexico). The project made a theoretical-practical proposal to form and preserve a documentary scientific collection paleontology at the Institute Nacional de Antropologia e Historia (INAH, Mexico). This diagnosis set out to establish the basis to form this documentary collection in the Archivo Tecnico (AT) de la Coordinacion Nacional de Arqueologia (CNA) and constituted the foundation for the above-mentioned investigation-intervention.
