摘要
The paper introduces a new resonant DC link inverter that allows PWM capability and lower overvoltages on the load voltage. This is provided by keeping the clamping capacitor at a constant voltage, while the resonant circuit is continuously operated Both DC link and inverter output present pulses with low magnitude. The new resonant circuit has the following main advantages: a more precise control of the pulse widths of the load voltage and the resonant circuits elements are less stressed since the current load of these elements is smaller The design hints are also given.
