摘要
Jingtaichuan Electric Power Pumping Irrigation Project (thereinafter referred to as Jingdian Project) is known as the First in China for its high lifting, large flow capacity and multi-stages construction. To manage its hydraulic structures and equipments efficiently, WebGIS is being developed and applied in Jingdian Project. In the paper the basic framework of the WebGIS is introduced firstly, and then, the Developing Contents of WebGIS in Jingdian Project is described. Finally, the implementation of the equipments management based on WebGIS is discussed systematically and specifically. It is verified that the application and development of WebGIS are, necessary in Jingdian Project, and the implement of the equipments' management system will furnish the staff with the scientific technology for irrigation management.
