Wave modelling of diffractive optical elements

摘要
The problem of light diffraction from circularly symmetric phase structures such as phase Fresnel zone plates, kinoform Fresnel lenses (diffractive lenses) and deep relief kinoform lenses is discussed. To solve this problem, the formulae for multiplyimg the Bessel function argument by a number are used. The formulae, having been obtained, present the possibility of quickly estimating and calculating the field of diffraction from circularly symmetric phase structures of arbitrary distributed zone radii and widths.
