摘要
Two-section distributed feedback (TS-DFB) laser with Bragg-wavelength-detuned layer applied as a 10Gbps wavelength converter with high extinction ratio (ER) is demonstrated experimentally, matched to the numerical result. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
