摘要
This article is devoted to the results of research aimed at creating the necessary conditions and foundations to improve the productivity and safety of the drill and blast process. A new method of drilling and blasting operations is described, based on the differentiated blasting of borehole charges by dispersing them with inert intervals of solid materials using the direct initiation method. An increase in the volume of explosive blocks by means of separate initiation of both the drill holes themselves and the explosives within the drill holes. With a decrease in the amount of the charge being detonated at the same time, reduces the level of negative factors from the explosion, such as shock and seismic waves, flyrock distance. In particular, there is an increase in the output of fragmented rock mass from one linear meter, while facilitating the movement of the drilling rig and charging machines along the block. The calculation, analysis and evaluation of the impact of the proposed new parameters and technology for drilling and blasting operation on the efficiency of the process is carried out and presented.
