This chapter introduces a method for evaluating stormwater quality inlets while supporting the rationale that rainfall intensity is the governing factor affecting runoff quality. A system manufactured by Vortechnics is used as an example of a stormwater water quality inlet sized in accordance with rainfall intensity.
