摘要：
Beim Morbus Parkinson (MP) handelt es sich um eine sporadische neurodegenerative Erkrankung, an der in Deutschland uber 350000 Menschen leiden. Die genauen Ursachen sind noch nicht in allen Details verstanden. Im Verlauf der Erkrankung konnen die Betroffenen eine Vielzahl motorischer, aber auch nicht-motorischer Symptome entwickeln.
