摘要
The nonlinear optical properties of TiO2 thin film have been studied. The film was deposited in mixture of argon and oxygen using DC magnetron sputtering technique. Crystalline properties of film are investigated using X-ray diffraction technique which reveals the amorphous nature of the film. From the transmittance spectra, we observed that film is highly transparent for visible light and has a good optical quality. The Intensity dependent nonlinear optical properties of the film are obtained using z-scan technique from which we have obtained the nonlinear absorption coefficient as well as nonlinear refraction coefficient. The nonlinear optical behaviour of the film suggests its utility in different optoelectronic devices.
