摘要：
R)-6- Heptyltetrahydropyran-2 -one and its S-enantiomer were synthesized via chiral resolution of (+/-)-l-undecen-4-ol by (R)-3a-allyl-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-cyclopenta[b]furan (CPF). The R-enantiomer has sophisticated strong, fruity flavor, while the flavor of the S-enantiomer is soft and sweet, similar to apricot.
