Effect Of Hole Doping On Magnetic Properties Of GdBaCo2O5.5

摘要
Magnetization measurements have been carried out in Gd1-xSrxBaCo2O5.5 samples. Sr doping increases the ferromagnetic (FM) window systematically and no antiferromagnetic transition is observed for the higher Sr content sample, x=0.1. The temperature dependent coercive field increases with Sr fraction indicating that the FM state is stabilized in entire temperature scale with higher Sr fraction. Increase in Curie constant and saturation magnetization at low temperature suggest the formation of super-paramagnetic clusters.
