摘要
Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC). As a result, interactive and online shoring spaces were created. The debate surrounding the Manichean discourses on TDIC is heated, oscillating between its devaluation and euphoria with its possibilities when applied to education. The article brings out the relationship between TDIC and pedagogical practice, taking into account the critical aspects related to their access and the problems generated by utopian and dystopian discourses. It is concluded that the biggest challenge lies in the adoption of an approach that considers the political and power issues involved in the limit positions capable of critically reflecting on the uses of technology in education and digital inclusion in favor of the democratization of education and, for research, overcoming solutionist, market and excluding perspectives, of teachers and students, around TDIC.
