摘要
During the period of economic transformation, enterprises face fierce competition, thus, organizational citizenship behaviors have attracted more and more attention. The study aimed at examining the relations among perceived organizational support (POS), job satisfaction (JS) and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). JS is the mediation variable between POS and OCB. The sample of new employees with less than one year's entry was selected and the correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that POS and JS have significant correlation with OCB, and JS plays a mediating role between POS and OCB. This study shows in the four dimensions of JS the most influential factor for OCB is employability.
