摘要：
The presented data point to the increased losses of hydrocarbons and, therefore, the increased amount of oil sludge. A program is suggested for the solution of the principal environmental protection problems at the oil and gas facilities of the Russian Federation associated with the sites for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastes.
