TEACHER TRAINING FOR ACTION IN THE HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT: CHALLENGES OF THE CONTEXT

摘要
This study aims to reflect on the training of teachers to work in a hospital environment considering the challenges of the context. The methodology follows the qualitative approach, developed through documentary research that enters the theoretical dialogue into the training of teachers to work in the hospital environment. It seeks to understand the phenomena of teacher education and the educational process of hospitalized children, a movement that allows the perception of simultaneity and the interactions between the researched elements. In the development of the study, the need for specific training that gives conditions to the teacher working in the hospital environment is evident, in order to minimize in the student the difficulties caused by the impositions caused by the disease and the social disengagement during his stay in the hospital. Recognizing the child's right to education in hospital treatment necessarily involves valuing the teacher and his / her training process.
