Synthesis of fluoroaniline derivatives by selective palladium-catalyzed coupling of N-methylpiperazine and fluorohaloarenes

摘要：
Selective coupling of fluorohaloarenes (halo = Cl, Br, I) with N-methylpiperazine is performed with the Pd-2(dba)(3)/Binap/NaOtBu catalyst system to give fluoroaniline derivatives in >87 % isolated yield and >99 % selectivity.
