摘要
In this research, we analyze the aspects and impacts of the new work modalities, such as food delivery by applications. establishing the following problematization: what are the risks to the worker in the "uberization" (use of an application as a service platform, such as food deliveries) at jobs? Will there be precarious working conditions? In response, it was possible to establish, through the hypothetical-deductive research method, that the impacts of globalization with the so-called "Industry 4.0" enabled the creation of food delivery work via applications, such as Ubereats, iFood, etc. The new modality generated a new line of work, which is not regulated in our legal system, until the present moment. This lack of regulation can cause job insecurity, harming the worker who depends on the income from this economic activity. I is up to the Judiciary to intervene to guarantee the rights provided in the Constitution of 1988.
