摘要
This research focuses on approaches to competition regulation of digital platforms, which are presented as systems with market structure and transaction network. The characteristic features of digital platforms are marked, the main instruments of obtaining and holding market power, forms of abuse of dominant position in the relevant market are marked. On the basis of a synthesis of scientific research and existing practice in handling antitrust cases, the principal provisions for regulating digital platforms are shown. It is noted that the division of digital platforms into transactional and nontransactional allows to determine the number of relevant markets that are affected by the actions of the platform. A number of platform digital properties have been identified that are important for assessing the boundaries of relevant markets. Special attention is paid to identifying the dominant position of the digital platform based on the analysis of a number of related conditions: consolidation of large data, the impact of network effects; economies of scale.
