摘要：
The paper presents a computer-aided decision support system for assessing contractors' competitiveness. Measures of competitiveness are employed to assist project clients in identifying the most competitive contractor to finish the project at the pre-qualification stage. Based on principal component analysis (PCA) and software R, A Computer-aid Decision Support System Contractors' Competitiveness Assessment System (C-CAS) was developed in this study. A case is used to demonstrate the application of this system.
