摘要：
Data pre-treatment is very valuable for system identification, particularly for nonlinear system modeling. This paper presents a data compression procedure using Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DTCWT) for plant data pre-treatment in the context of system identification. The data is compressed to a few critical complex wavelet coefficients and deposited by the set of DTCWT. A simulation example is provided to demonstrate the performance and capabilities of the proposed apporach.
