摘要：
Intellectual capital (IC) management is important for today's companies because knowledge has been a decisive competition factor in the nowadays. Company's request controls is in charge of the inside control, intelligence potential exploitation becomes the core of strategic objective, and one of the important target of outside report is to gain capital to maintain market value. Therefore, it is necessary to dividing IC measure into inside and outside purpose. Working out a international standard uniting financial affairs and non-financial affairs is the most urgent problem that knowledge management faced.
