摘要
One of the programmes of our faculty is Pedagogy of preschool and primary school education, which prepares teachers for preschool and primary school. The main aim is to promote performance in teacher training. So after graduating the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) they have the opportunity to attend a Master in Education, developed in a European project, shortly named PERFORMER. This programme must be attended by the students in order to be fully qualified to teach. This master tries to find the best methods and motivation to determine students to become better teachers providing meaningful appraisal of teachers' performance that encourages professional learning and growth and identifies opportunities for additional support where it is required a measurement of accountability.
