Research on the method of selecting buyer-supplier relationships

摘要
This paper proposes an experimental design method for selecting appropriate buyer-supplier relationships (BSR). On the basis of 55 valid questionnaires from domestic motorcycle manufactures, some concepts in the model for selecting BSR are determined, such as BSR type, the character of BSR type, part factors for determining BSR, and factor levels. And then, the real data of Nanjing Jincheng Suzuki Co., Ltd. had been used to show the selection model. This case study result is that the factors' Relationship Worths (RW) can be estimated, and RWs are used to estimate the Relationship Index (RI) and thus the type of BSR for the new parts can be determined.
