摘要
The construction of automotive proving ground is developing towards the direction of intelligence and network. In this paper, a network control system is designed and developed in order to meet the control requirement of the special test driveway in automotive proving ground. The system applies multi-PLC and multilevel fieldbus network to improve the test efficiency of automobile products. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is made up of WINCC, WINCC Flexible, Force-Control, etc. In addition, it can achieve the interactive monitoring and integrative management of automotive proving ground. The actual operation shows that the system possesses functions of security, reliable, convenience and flexibility.
