摘要
The earthquake rescue warehouse management system (WMS) using the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is presented. The RFID technology is widely used especially in the supply chain management and warehouse operations. To satisfy the emergency, abrupt, speedy need of material out storage for the earthquake rescue, the RFID labels, automatic directional identification and specific coding are synthetically applied in the warehouse management of China International Search and Rescue Team (CISAR) which let the managers do not sign the materials out storage one by one but only to get the record after the work is finished. With the application, there are benefits such as reduce labor levels, enhances visibility, improves inventory management which make the time can be reduced and the rescue team and equipments will be rush to the disaster area soon.
