摘要
In order to assist organizations in managing a stack of information, implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytics is important. The ability of Business Intelligence and Analytics in handling big data is undeniable. However, research on the implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytics in the public sector has been given less attention. Government agencies have to make critical decisions in managing people's money in order to serve them. The decision itself affects people's life and it shall be assisted by appropriate technology. A qualitative research has been conducted to identify issues and challenges in the implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytics in the public sector. This paper discusses issues and challenges that have arisen in relation to this study.
