摘要
Monte Carlo simulation has been carried out to study the magnetization of the mixed spin-5/2 and spin-7/2 Ising ferrimagnetic model on a square lattice with periodic boundary conditions. The total magnetization and the magnetizations of the two sublattices under the effects of exchange interactions and the crystal field anisotropy are studied. The ground state diagrams are constructed. We obtained different types for the thermal dependence of magnetization. Compensation points where the global magnetization of the system vanishes have been detected for appropriate values of the system parameters. (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
