摘要
This study examined the impacts of two types of social exchanges on the followers' turnover intentions in Chinese corporations. Due to the differences between Chinese and western culture, the concept of leader-member guanxi took the place of leader-member exchange. Results from empirical study indicate that the perceived organizational support and leader-member guanxi influence the followers' turnover intention, and perceived organizational support link the relationships of two dimensions of leader-member guanxi with the followers' turnover intentions.
