摘要
Knowledge management is a mix of the strategies and ways to support creation, sharing and effective use of knowledge assets. The aim is to have or put the required, share and transfer knowledge at the place, where it is needed. If successfully achieved, the people can acquire and consequently use the knowledge in order to create a competitiveness of the organization.
