摘要
Wild, free-ranging birds are susceptible to numerous environmental toxins. Raptors can be seriously affected by ingestion of poisoned prey. This article details the presentation, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome of two toxicology cases at a raptor rehabilitation facility: a golden eagle with lead poisoning and a bald eagle with cholinesterase-inhibitor compound poisoning.
