摘要
In this paper, bleached Simao Pine kraft pulp was treated with Trichoderma reesei crude cellulase produced by submerged fermentation using the pulp as carbon source in the laboratory. Under the optimized enzyme activity conditions of 50 degrees C and pH 4.8, the activity got for the FPU, Cl, Cx and Cb activity was 471.42u/ml, 471.42u/ml, 3083.19u/ml and 27.79u/ml respectively. Compared to the controlled pulp, the refining time of the treated pulp with the enzyme dosage of 7u/g could be reduced by 70 seconds in order to achieve the same beating degree 48 degrees SR, which means a reduction of 20% refining energy consumption. Pulp properties and viscosity are measured to evaluate the damage of fiber by the cellulase. Even at the dosage of 9u/g, the physical properties of enzyme treated pulp were close to the control pulp.
