The innovation of corporate culture plays a unique role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the essence about innovation of corporate culture, also discusses the idea that improve the core competitiveness of enterprises through the cultural innovation. And it points out the competitive model of enterprises which based on cultural innovation.
