摘要
In this paper is presented a solution that aims to solve by new technologies, the security issues of railway infrastructure and security perimeters and adjacent rail traffic. Aim pursued to achieve this technical solution for monitoring has two components: securing railway traffic by preventing accidents involving fatalities or major property damage and preventing and combating anti-social acts affecting railway infrastructure operators and the quality of rail services. The system of monitoring and analyzing computer security camera image transmitted on each route covered and determine whether there are threats to safety. When determining the occurrence of sufficient evidence to trigger a control procedure, the responsible persons (ie driver and dispatcher control center) will be notified of upcoming imminent risk factor, through video, audio and written.
